Long Island weather: Tropical storm warning for most of Long Island

Tropical Storm Elsa is heading toward Long Island, and could bring with it heavy rain capable of producing flash flooding, tropical storm force winds, rough seas, dangerous rip currents, and high surf, the National Weather Service said.
